Marc Wohlschläger
Marc is responsible for our business development and investor relations. Having worked for several banks in senior and leading roles for over 12 years, Marc has been responsible for a loan portfolio in excess of € 7 bn and has originated commercial real estate loans with well over € 1 bn worth of transaction volume. He worked for banks such as Berlin Hyp, Royal Bank of Scotland and Berliner Volksbank and gained his MBA as well as his Bachelor of Commerce degree in Melbourne, Australia.

Dr. Maciej Merkel
Maciej is responsible for Market and IT. As co-founder and manager of various start-ups and consultant for commercial real estate transactions in institutions such as Landesbank Berlin, BF.direkt and hypcloud, he gained relevant professional experience within the real estate and tech market. Maciej is also a lecturer at the University of Economics and Law and the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Berlin for many years and received his doctorate from the School of Economics in Warsaw in 2021. His research focuses on technological innovations in the commercial real estate market.

Michael Wetzel
Michael is responsible for all our credit, op-risk, and for legal and finance matters. He has professional experience of more than 25 years in credit risk management, especially in commercial real estate and project finance as well as corporate lending. His previous activities include various management positions in national and international banks in Germany and abroad, such as Wells Fargo, Aareal Bank, Commerzbank. Michael is a banker, holds a degree in Business Administration and Economics (Dipl.-Oec., University of Hanover) and a Master's degree in Real Estate Law (LL.M., University of Munster).

Andrei Holban
As CTO, Andrei is responsible for the technological set up and development of our platform. Andrei is a highly adaptable IT specialist with over 10 years in programming experience of which he spent more than 3 years in CTO roles. He gained his professional experience from Secureworks Europe, Polisens.io and Könyvelö-net. Having developed his project management skills as a technical co-founder of a smart-city start-up. Andrei was also an instructor at a Berlin Coding School. He holds an academic degree in IT-Technology and a Bachelor in Product Development majoring in Predictive Analytics.

As Head of Agile Development Greg is responsible for ensuring the right cooperation between the product development and technical excellence, focusing on the value maximising aspect using the best Agile approach. Greg has been in IT since 2004, working his way through the QA Lead path, being an Experience Manager and Agile Consultant. He gained his experience in many different markets, from public, through trading and to clinical trials. Greg is very product orientated keeping the time to market and value delivery in the first place. He is a certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and also holds a Master in Real Estate.
